Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness for the Nexus Division.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

Manage the overall product portfolio of the Nexus Division.
Track brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend portfolio interventions to improve business performance.

Customer Engagement Programs

Design and execute customer engagement programs for customers of the Nexus Division.
Develop initiatives aimed at improving customer reach, engagement, loyalty, and business contribution.

Flagship Brand Growth Strategy

Develop and implement growth strategies for the flagship brands of the Nexus Division.
Identify market opportunities, competitive gaps, brand extensions, and activation initiatives to accelerate brand growth.

Sales & Trade Scheme Planning

Design monthly and quarterly schemes aligned with divisional business objectives.
Evaluate scheme effectiveness, ROI, incremental business generation, and recommend corrective actions.

Marketing MIS & Sales Productivity

Publish weekly and monthly Marketing MIS covering key business and productivity indicators.
Generate actionable insights from sales, brand, customer, and market data to enable the sales team to improve productivity and execution.

Business Performance Monitoring

Regularly review brand, territory, customer, and channel performance.
Identify performance gaps and collaborate with the sales team to develop appropriate interventions and growth plans.

Cross-functional Execution

Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives like Gift Dispatches and Other Schemes.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Post-graduation in sales/marketing. Graduation in science preferred

Minimum Work Experience

3 to 5 yrs overall experience

Critical Exposures

Exposure to product/brand management in the pharma sector or as a freelance brand specialist
Stint in area/regional level sales role with exposure to multiple therapy segments/products or in a Portfolio / Business Development role OR as a Marketing Analyst / Marketing Coordinator.
Exposure to Legal, compliance and medical regulation is preferred
Prior experience in digital marketing, hospital accounts marketing, channel marketing, manufacturing or R&D is desired.
Exposure to CRM and Data Visualization tools is preferred
