Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care & Phone Sales Executive to join our team and handle US customers for an international women's clothing and fashion e-commerce brand.

The ideal candidate must have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong experience handling US clients, and proven hands-on experience in phone-based sales and customer support. Candidates who have previously worked with an international clothing, fashion, apparel, or e-commerce brand will be strongly preferred.

This is a US-shift role, requiring excellent spoken English, confidence on customer calls, and the ability to convert customer interactions into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers professionally and confidently.
Provide excellent customer support regarding products, sizing, availability, orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and payments.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable dresses/products.
Actively identify sales opportunities during customer calls and convert inquiries into orders.
Follow up with customers who have shown interest in products but have not completed their purchase.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate product recommendations to close sales.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Communicate product details, pricing, promotions, sizes, colors, and availability accurately.
Handle difficult or escalated customer situations professionally.
Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM/customer support systems.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, inventory, shipping, returns, and customer issues.
Maintain proper call records and daily sales/customer service reports.
Consistently meet assigned call, conversion, customer service, and sales KPIs.

Mandatory Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience in Customer Care, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Phone Sales, or Customer Service.
Must have prior experience handling US customers/clients.
Must have previously worked in a US shift / US night shift.
Must have proven experience in phone-based sales.
Must have experience working with an international clothing, fashion, apparel, or e-commerce brand.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
Must be confident speaking with US customers over the phone.
Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and convincing skills.
Good understanding of customer service and sales processes.
Comfortable working with CRM, order-management, or customer-support software.

Preferred Background

International fashion/clothing brands
Women's apparel or dresses
US-based e-commerce companies
Shopify/e-commerce brands
US customer service teams
Fashion retail or online fashion sales
Phone-based sales teams serving US customers will be preferred.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with 2–4 years of relevant experience who has already worked with US customers in a US-shift environment and has hands-on experience in phone sales.

Candidates without US customer-handling experience, US-shift experience, or phone-sales experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
