The Opportunity
We called over 6,000 aesthetic and wellness clinics across the US. Most did not pick up. Nearly half never responded in time. Every missed call is a patient lost to a competitor and a direct revenue hit for that clinic.
DIVA 360° fixes that. We are already live with clinics across Pennsylvania, Florida, and North Carolina. The market is wide open and we are moving fast.
Your job is to get in front of the clinic owners who need this most and make them feel the cost of inaction.
This is a high-activity, high-reward hunting role. Your fixed stipend is the foundation. Your incentives are the prize. Close deals and your total monthly earning can cross INR 1,00,000. If you are ambitious, hungry, and willing to put in the work, the earning potential here is unlike anything you will find at this stage of your career.
Role Overview
This is not a support role. It is not a research role. You will own accounts end to end from the first call to the closed deal. The primary activity is outbound: calling clinic owners and practice managers across the US, Australia, and India daily, running personalized email sequences, and building a pipeline you are proud of. Closing comes as you grow into the role.
You will work directly with the founding team with a high degree of autonomy and zero red tape.
If you prefer defined task lists over ownership, this role is not for you.
What You Will Own
1. ABM Outbound Calling You will make 70 to 80 outbound calls daily to clinic owners, practice managers, and medical directors across the US, Australia, and India. This is the core of the role. Strong spoken English and comfort speaking with senior decision-makers is non-negotiable.
2. Email Sequencing and Follow-ups Personalized outbound emails to targeted accounts. You write, send, track, and iterate based on what lands. You collaborate with growth and marketing to sharpen targeting and messaging over time.
3. Lead Qualification and Pipeline Ownership You identify decision-makers, diagnose pain points, and qualify every opportunity. Once a lead is in your pipeline, it is your responsibility to move it forward. No hand-offs, no excuses.
4. Demo Booking and Deal Progression Target of 1 to 2 demo bookings every single day. You run structured conversations, handle objections confidently, and progress deals toward close. You grow into independent closing as you ramp up.
5. CRM Hygiene and Pipeline Tracking Every call logged. Every outcome tracked. Every stall point flagged. You maintain accurate records, track stage-wise conversions, and forecast pipeline with discipline.
6. Post-Demo Relationship Management You stay on accounts after the demo, support smooth onboarding handoffs, and build relationships that last beyond the first deal.
A Day in This Role
- 70 to 80 outbound calls to clinic decision-makers across the US, Australia, and India
- Personalized follow-up emails to accounts you are actively working
- CRM update after every call: outcome, objection, next step
- 1 to 2 demo bookings every day as your target
- Weekly pipeline review directly with the founders
What Success Looks Like in 3 Months
- Generating qualified pipeline consistently
- Running demos confidently with minimal supervision
- Contributing to at least one closed deal
- CRM is clean, cadence is predictable, and you have a clear point of view on what is working
- Building a repeatable outbound engine you can defend in a weekly review

Compensation and Growth
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- Monthly Stipend: INR 10,000 to 15,000 fixed
- Incentives: INR 50,000 to 1,00,000 per month on deals closed
- Incentive structure discussed on joining and scales with performance
- Full-Time PPO based on measurable revenue performance
- Full-Time Salary: Based on performance. We pay well for people who deliver.
