Risto Solar is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Administration Executive to manage the company's IT assets, user access, cloud services, networks, websites, and technology procurement processes. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, maintaining accurate asset records, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the organization's digital infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT administration, networking, cloud platforms, and technology asset management while being capable of coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
IT Asset Management
- Maintain a centralized inventory of all IT assets.
- Track asset procurement, allocation, movement, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain asset registers, warranty records, and AMC details.
- Conduct periodic asset audits and verification.
- Manage QR tagging and asset tracking systems.
Device Procurement & Allocation
- Coordinate procurement of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, networking equipment, and accessories.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendors, and coordinate approvals.
- Ensure timely device allocation for employees.
- Manage device replacement, upgrades, and returns.
- Maintain procurement documentation and records.
Access Control & Credential Management
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Maintain access records for business applications and cloud platforms.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Manage password and credential repositories.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audits.
SIM, Email & User Administration
- Allocate and manage corporate email accounts.
- Manage corporate SIM cards and mobile connections.
- Track assignments and usage records.
- Coordinate activation, deactivation, and reallocation processes.
Cloud & Server Administration
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and hosted applications.
- Coordinate server maintenance activities.
- Monitor backups and recovery processes.
- Manage cloud user access and permissions.
- Coordinate with cloud hosting providers and vendors.
Website & Digital Platform Management
- Coordinate website updates and maintenance activities.
- Monitor website uptime and hosting services.
- Manage domain renewals, SSL certificates, and hosting subscriptions.
- Coordinate with development and digital marketing vendors.
Network Administration
- Monitor office networking infrastructure.
- Manage routers, switches, access points, and internet connectivity.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation and inventory.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers, and software partners.
- Manage AMC contracts and renewals.
- Track service requests and vendor performance.
- Maintain vendor database and documentation.
IT Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and operational documentation.
- Support internal audits and compliance activities.
- Maintain records related to licenses, subscriptions, and access controls.
- Prepare periodic IT status and inventory reports.
