Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Handle client communications through calls, emails, and meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Resolve client concerns and provide prompt support.
Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth.
Prepare reports, updates, and follow-ups with clients.
Maintain client records and communication history.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Prior experience in client handling or sales is preferred.
