Job Description - Curated Experience (Executive)
Role Summary
The Curated Experience Executive shall work closely in co-ordination with the Curated Experience Sr. Executive ensuring visibility and presence on a day-to-day requirement & ensure organization associates and visitors are welcomed, valued, and taken care of at every stage while they are in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
The Executive is the first face a colleague sees and the last impression a guest carries with them. This means expressing warmth and professionalism at reception or entry, greeting people with care, and creating an atmosphere where every individual feels that their presence matters. Beyond the greeting, the Executive takes ownership of the physical readiness of the workplace by conducting regular and thorough checks of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, pantries, and common areas to ensure everything is clean, stocked, and ready for use before it is needed. Responding to ad-hoc colleague requests is done promptly and with a helpful spirit, and feedback collected during daily interactions is documented accurately and shared with the Sr. Executive to drive meaningful resolutions.
Operational Support
The Executive plays an active role in keeping daily operations flowing smoothly. Service requests are logged, tracked, and followed through to full resolution, with timely status updates provided to colleagues along the way. Daily site inspections are conducted with a watchful eye, identifying maintenance issues, supply gaps, or safety concerns before they escalate. Routine matters are channeled to the Curated Experience Sr. Executive, while safety or security concerns are escalated directly and immediately to the Facility Manager / Security Team. Trackers, logs, and basic operational reports are maintained with accuracy and consistency.
Conference & Event Support
Executive ensures every room is set up to the highest standard viz., equipment tested, AV confirmed, refreshments in place (where requested), and the space reset promptly after every meeting concludes. For workplace events, training sessions, and engagement activities, the Executive provides dedicated on-ground support, working alongside the Sr. Executive to deliver a seamless experience for every attendee.
Colleague Engagement & Onboarding
Executive shall play a central role in making new hires feel genuinely at home from day one. Leading the site orientation tours, introducing colleagues to amenities, explaining workplace policies, and setting a warm and welcoming tone are all core to this responsibility. All colleague enquiries, whether received in person, via email or through chat are acknowledged and responded to within one business day. Executive also takes an active approach to learning by shadowing the Curated Experience Sr. Executive across site functions, building both capability and confidence within the Workplace Services environment.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Executive shall gather real-time experience feedback from colleagues and stakeholders during daily interactions, tours, and events, and document it accurately using designated trackers. This feedback need to be shared promptly with the Sr. Executive for review and closure, and the Executive follows up on minor items to confirm resolution. Beyond reactive feedback, Executive proactively reviews the service patterns, whether supply shortages, AV readiness issues, or space concerns contributing meaningfully to a culture of continuous improvement that elevates the experience for everyone.
Transport & Commute Support
Executive serves as a trusted first point of contact for routine transport and commute queries, helping colleagues (especially new hires) navigate shuttle schedules, parking allocations, and booking protocols with confidence and ease. Complex issues, complaints, or service disruptions are escalated promptly to the Sr. Executive or the Transport team, ensuring no colleague is left without a resolution.
Additional Workplace Responsibilities
Executive supports visitor badging, temporary access requests, and compliance with site security protocols, ensuring access is managed seamlessly and in accordance with established guidelines. Workplace policies including clean desk standards, appropriate use of shared spaces, and visitor management are reinforced in a friendly, hospitality first manner that reflects the values of the Curated Experience team. Contractors and vendors on site are supported with basic orientation and access to amenities, ensuring their presence is well-integrated and non-disruptive. Throughout all of this, Executive remains observant and proactive, flagging risks, hazards, or service concerns to the Sr. Executive or Facility Manager without delay.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred with Two to three years of experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk management, facilities coordination, or a closely related field. Candidates who bring a passion for people are strongly encouraged to apply, even if their background spans multiple industries.
Skills & Competencies:
The ideal candidate is warm, approachable, and genuinely service-oriented, someone who takes pride in the details and finds satisfaction in making others feel cared for. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and composure to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Cultural sensitivity, patience under pressure, and the ability to de-escalate situations with grace are highly valued. A collaborative spirit, a strong willingness to learn and grow, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Working Hours
Flexibility to support early morning or late evening / night activities is required based on site needs, including shift-based working arrangements where applicable.
Reporting Structure
The Curated Experience Executive reports directly to the Curated Experience Sr. Executive and works in close day-to-day collaboration with Facility Management teams across the site.
