Astral Consulting Limited provide Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Accounts Outsourcing, Virtual CFO Services, SOP Development, ERP Review & Implementation Support, and Management Consulting services to clients across manufacturing, healthcare, automobile, textile, engineering, mining, hospitality, and service sectors.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-oriented professional to drive client acquisition and business development initiatives.

The role involves engaging with senior decision-makers, converting marketing-generated leads into business opportunities, coordinating meetings with Partners, managing proposal follow-ups, developing referral networks, and supporting business growth.

This is a client-facing role involving interaction with Promoters, Managing Directors, CFOs, Finance Heads, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to engage and qualify leads.
Connect with Promoters, Managing Directors, CFOs, and Finance Heads.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for Partners and accompany them during client discussions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage proposal submissions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain and track the sales pipeline and opportunity status.
Build referral networks with professionals, consultants, bankers, ERP providers, and industry contacts.
Represent the firm at business forums, networking events, and industry associations.
Support client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, Consulting Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Ability to confidently engage with CXOs, business owners, and senior management.
Self-driven, proactive, and disciplined in follow-ups.
Willingness to travel across Western and Southern Tamil Nadu.
