Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Store Incharge with 4-10 years of hands-on experience in managing store operations within the automation industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of inward and outward material management, inventory control, and documentation processes to ensure smooth warehouse functioning and uninterrupted production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all inward processes including receipt, inspection, verification, and proper storage of automation components such as PLCs, sensors, actuators, cables, and control panels.
Manage outward processes involving material picking, packing, issuance, and dispatch to production, site locations, or customers, ensuring accurate documentation (Material Issue Slips, Delivery Challans, Gate Passes).
Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams for timely availability and dispatch of materials.
Perform regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
Ensure storage compliance with safety standards, FIFO principles, and optimal space utilization.
Supervise store personnel and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inward and outward activities.
Prepare and maintain reports related to stock movements, pending deliveries, and stock discrepancies.
Manage returns, scrap disposal, and vendor coordination related to store materials.
Implement and maintain best practices for store management, including 5S and ISO standards adherence.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or relevant discipline.
4–10 years of experience managing store operations in automation, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of inward and outward material handling processes, including documentation and ERP systems.
Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, etc.).
Knowledge of automation components and their handling requirements.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
