Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product.
- Take lead of scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends
- Comfortable with demanding customer interaction and facilitating digital related discussions with internal and external stakeholders
Manage collaborative relationships with other functions in the business, partners, and the ecosystem to ensure successful product development.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
- Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product
Who we’re looking for:
- Degree level education in Management, Science, Mathematics or Engineering or equivalent
- 6 + years in product development experience
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
- Understanding of business value around feature/functions
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
