Corporate Relations Officer

Location: Thane
Experience: 5+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Relations Officer to strengthen our corporate network, drive learner placements, and build strategic partnerships with organizations across industries. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting talent with employment opportunities while enhancing the company's corporate outreach and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and generate corporate leads for learner placements, recruitment drives, training programs, and strategic partnerships.
Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective corporate partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and ensure timely coordination of hiring requirements.
Schedule and facilitate a minimum of 30 interviews per month with corporate partners.
Achieve monthly placement targets through proactive business development and employer engagement initiatives.
Plan and execute innovative engagement programs to strengthen corporate partnerships and employer branding.
Design and implement BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns to generate organic leads and increase market visibility.
Coordinate placement drives, campus hiring activities, networking events, and employer meetings.
Maintain accurate records of corporate interactions, interview schedules, placement outcomes, and partnership activities in CRM systems.
Prepare regular reports on placement performance, corporate engagement activities, and business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Recruitment, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to build and sustain long-term corporate partnerships.
Experience using CRM platforms, bulk email tools, WhatsApp automation tools, and MS Office applications.
Strong networking capabilities and a consultative approach to relationship building.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently achieve placement and partnership goals.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, Skill Development, or Placement Services industry.
Existing network of HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, and corporate decision-makers.
Experience conducting placement drives, job fairs, or corporate hiring initiatives.
