Job Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on QA Engineer (Manual) to join us and help establish an end to end QA process in manual for conversational assistants/chatbots for some of the largest brands in the world as part of the extended engineering team for our partner. We’d love to hear from you, if you identify as someone who has strong fundamentals on functional and end to end user level testing.

In this role, you will:

Understand business requirements and follow a customer/product centric approach to QA in a highly collaborative environment

Create test plans and test case designs for multiple conversational assistants

Design, build and maintain clear and reliable automation frameworks/scripts for chatbots and web applications.

Research and contribute ideas for continually improving code quality and automation test performance.

Work closely with both technical and non-technical team members. Interact with various levels of individual contributors and management to educate and influence automation test strategy.

Create accurate and detailed bug reports when issues are identified.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

BE/BTech CS or equivalent with upto 4 to 5 years in quality assurance encompassing manual testing.

Understanding of test engineering principles and methodologies

Understanding of test planning, test case design and reporting

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Excellent written and reading skills in Spanish

It would be a plus if you have the following,

Working experience on Jira, familiarity with Agile environment including daily scrum.

Understanding HTTP and how modern web applications are built

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud

Versatile with strong technical depth and ability to understand complex technical discussions and take decisions
