Full job description

The Contract Administrator functions both independently and as part of a team to deliver quality work product in a timely fashion while maintaining the confidentiality of Legal Department communications and documentation, in a manner that supports the goal to make Zywave the best in our business.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and administration of contracts that support the sale of our products, by use of approved standard modifications.
Contribute to the review and administration of confidentiality agreements.
Draft communications and assist with documentation for various commercial and corporate matters.
Analyze and communicate contract-related information to internal stakeholders.
Manage executed contracts and documents database, ensuring data accuracy.
Triage and respond to inquiries from internal customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide administrative assistance to Legal Department as needed.
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms.
Assist in administrative matters required for international compliance.
Support Legal Department with other internal initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum three years progressive experience, with corporate law department experience desired.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts.
Solid, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills required.
Excellent team, oral communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.
A confident, but flexible and adaptable personality
Capacity to work well with employees across all departments
Detail oriented in a fast pace environment
Ability to work independently with self-motivation and manage impromptu tasks
Strong general computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office business software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Internet usage.
Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
Ability to uncover necessary facts and information when completing tasks
