About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our growing marketing team for a feminine hygiene FMCG brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling static and motion-based creatives that enhance brand identity, increase audience engagement, and drive digital performance across social media, campaigns, advertisements, and product marketing initiatives.

This role requires strong visual storytelling abilities, creative thinking, trend awareness, and expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and social-first design execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Brand Visuals

Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, website banners, e-commerce platforms, and marketing collaterals.
Develop visually engaging brand assets while maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.
Create static creatives including posts, carousels, infographics, product visuals, packaging support creatives, and campaign artwork.
Translate brand strategy and campaign concepts into impactful visual communication.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing

Create engaging motion graphics, animated reels, short-form videos, GIFs, and performance marketing creatives for digital platforms.
Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns.
Develop animation concepts, transitions, typography motion, and visual effects aligned with current digital trends.
Optimize content formats and dimensions for various social media and advertising platforms.

Campaign & Creative Execution

Collaborate closely with content strategists, social media managers, performance marketers, and production teams for campaign execution.
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for product launches, awareness campaigns, women wellness initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
Assist during shoots with creative direction, storyboard visualization, and content adaptation.

Social Media & Performance Creatives

Design high-converting creatives for paid campaigns and performance marketing.
Create thumb-stopping visuals optimized for engagement, CTR, and audience retention.
Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and FMCG consumer preferences.

Creative Operations

Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within deadlines.
Maintain organized creative files, templates, and asset libraries.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing within FMCG, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing static creatives, motion graphics, social media campaigns, and video editing work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
Strong understanding of social media creative trends, visual storytelling, and branding.
Experience in designing for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital advertising platforms.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, animation principles, and visual composition.

{Should be able to use AI to generate visuals}

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with feminine hygiene, skincare, wellness, or women-focused brands.
Understanding of performance marketing creatives and digital advertising formats.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and shoot production.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, CapCut, or AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
