About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Service Account Executiveto manage the sales process end-to-end — fromdiscovery and demos to follow-ups, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales, SaaS, digital marketing, agency services, ormarketing technology. The candidate should be commercially sharp, organized, strong at follow-up, andcomfortable speaking with business owners, marketing leaders, and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Own qualified leads from first conversation to closure.
Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs, pain points, budget, urgency, and buyingprocess.
Run product/service demos and tailor the pitch based on the prospect’s business, industry, andchallenges.
Manage follow-ups, proposals, objections, pricing discussions, and closing conversations.
Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, deal stages, next steps, and close probability.
Ensure high-intent leads do not go cold due to poor follow-up.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff after deal closure.
Share feedback on lead quality, objections, messaging, and sales process improvements.
Identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing or pilot accounts where relevant.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, digital marketing sales, agency sales, marketingtechnology, or business development.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience handling discovery calls, demos, follow-ups, proposals, and closing.
Comfortable speaking with business owners, CMOs, marketing heads, and senior decision-makers.
Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene.
Ability to understand client pain points and sell consultatively.
Self-driven, organized, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities without losing track of next steps.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to US, UAE, or international clients.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, orsimilar platforms.
Experience selling SaaS, marketing technology, social media services, reputation management, localmarketing, or agency solutions.
Experience selling to multi-location businesses, healthcare groups, franchises, agencies, or SMBs.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of opportunities, communicate clearly, follow upconsistently, and close deals with discipline. The right candidate should be comfortable managing the fullsales cycle and working independently with minimal supervision.
