Job Description:

As an IT Project Manager specializing in Mobile/Web App Development at Zartek Technologies, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering multiple mobile app projects while effectively managing a team of developers and QA professionals. Your technical expertise and project management skills will be crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of mobile/web app developers and quality assurance professionals.
Assign tasks, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing guidance and support.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Technical Oversight:
Leverage your technical knowledge of mobile/web app development to make informed decisions and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, specifically in mobile app development.
Strong technical knowledge of wireframes, mobile app development technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
