We are looking at a Digitization Lead who can drive business excellence initiatives within the Genpact Growth functions. Key responsibility would be to engage with business teams and lead cross-functional projects that improves business processes and drives transformational value through the application of deep process knowledge and digital tools.
The Digitization Lead will oversee and take responsibility for successful delivery of a range of projects. The type of projects that this leader will run include:

Defining and implementing strategic process transformation and digitization initiatives across sales, marketing and other functions

Drive innovative problem solving through leveraging data science and digital technologies front and centre

User experience design for the capabilities that Growth Operations provides to our internal clients

Change Management
Thus ensuring that we stay best-in-class through clearly differentiating ourselves from competition. Over the next 12-18 months, we have several strategic projects in line to be executed on, and that has the attention of the top leadership and board of Genpact.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor Degree from a Top Engineering school (IIT/NIT/BITS)

Consistent record of leading business excellence initiatives with in-depth knowledge and experience of process transformation, system analysis and design, automation and operational excellence

Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, with deep program management expertise

Knowledge of sales and marketing enablement processes
-
A passion for digital technologies and familiarity to take care of the ambiguous
-
MBA Degree from a Tier 1 Business school (IIM/FMS/SPJAIN/ISB) is preferred
-
Experience of delivering large scale end-to-end business transformation programs (crafting solutions, process diagnostics and blueprinting)

Experience of working in a sales and marketing enablement environment

Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo) and Analytics (PowerBI) tools
