Role : Sales Executive

Location : Kharadi,Pune

Duration : Full Time

About Us:

The Role

You'll own the full client journey for an app— from first outreach through signed contract, live onboarding, and ongoing support. There is no handoff to a separate team. You bring the prospect in, get them running on the platform, and make sure they stay successful on it.

This is a high-ownership role across three pillars: Demo. Onboard. Support. You'll work directly with the founding team and have a direct line to product as we build our go-to-market motion from the ground up.

This is not a script-reading job. You need to understand the product deeply enough to run a live demo, debug an integration issue, and explain the difference between a U-shaped and time-decay attribution model — sometimes in the same conversation.

What You'll Do

Demo

●Prospect and qualify — Identify and engage performance marketers, agency owners, and growth leads via LinkedIn, cold email, and warm referrals

● Run product demos — Lead live walkthroughs of the app dashboard tailored to each prospect's ad stack and pain points (attribution blind spots, margin opacity, fragmented reporting)

●Handle objections — Navigate competitor comparisons with clarity and confidence; know where we win and where we don't

● Close — Drive prospects from demo to signed agreement with urgency and precision

Onboard

●Set up new accounts — Walk new clients through connecting their ad accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok), configuring attribution models, and setting up their first dashboard

●Train on features — Ensure every new client can use the app

● Document the setup — Log each client's ad stack, attribution configuration, and integration details so any future support is contextual, not cold

Support

●Own issues end to end — Handle technical questions, data discrepancies, and integration failures from first report to confirmed resolution

●Escalate with context — When engineering is needed, write escalations with reproduction steps, account IDs, and expected vs actual — no back-and-forth

●Feed intelligence back — Surface recurring objections, feature gaps, and client friction points to the product team weekly

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

●2 years of B2B SaaS experience — sales, customer success, or a hybrid role that included demos and onboarding

● Demonstrated ability to engage marketers, agency owners, or growth teams

●Comfortable discussing performance marketing concepts: ROAS, CPL, CAC, attribution, ad spend — you don't need to be a media buyer, but you can't be lost in the conversation

●Strong verbal communication; can run a structured 30-minute demo and a hands-on onboarding session without a script

●Patient and thorough when clients are stuck — support is not an afterthought in this role

●Self-starter — able to build and manage a pipeline while also handling active accounts

●CRM or helpdesk discipline (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Intercom, or equivalent)

Good-to-have:

●Prior experience selling analytics, attribution, or ad-tech products

● Understanding of Meta Ads or Google Ads account structure

●Familiarity with the agency model (retainer-based, multi-client ad management)

●Micromanagement or call quotas measured by volume alone

● A product you have to apologize for on demos

● A team that doesn't care about what you're learning from the market
