About the Role

We are looking for a hungry, execution focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel Kapittx’s sales pipeline. This is a frontline role for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and creating high quality opportunities for the sales team. If you’re excited about fintech, SaaS, and selling into CFO and finance personas, and want to grow fast in a startup, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibility

Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Research and identify target accounts and key decisionmakers (CFOs, Controllers, Finance Heads)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buyer intent
Set up discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
Execute structured outbound campaigns and follow ups.
Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in CRM
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly meeting / pipeline targets

Our Ideal Employee
1–2 years of experience in BDR / SDR / Inside Sales role
Prior experience in B2B SaaS or software sales preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
High energy, resilience, and willingness to handle rejection
Strong research, prospecting, and followup skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven startup environment
