About Futurewagon

Futurewagon is a house of design-led consumer brands. We build and grow brands like Alicia Souza, Happy Wagon, Sky Goodies, and Humanhood across websites, marketplaces, content, community, and performance marketing.

We are building a young, fast, creative, AI-first growth team. If you want to learn how real D2C brands grow, not just watch marketing reels and call it strategy, this role is for you.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who wants hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign tracking, creative testing, and D2C growth.

You will work closely with the founder/growth team to monitor ads, track performance, study creatives, maintain simple reports, and help improve sales across our brands.

This is not a “sit quietly and observe” internship. You will be expected to learn fast, ask sharp questions, use AI tools, and take ownership of small but important growth tasks.

What You Will Work On

Monitor Meta and Google Ads performance daily
Track basic metrics like spend, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV
Maintain simple daily/weekly performance reports
Check which creatives are working and which are failing
Help identify creative hooks, angles, and product insights
Coordinate with creative/influencer teams for ad requirements
Support campaign uploads, ad checks, budget checks, and account hygiene
Use AI tools for ad copy ideas, competitor research, creative analysis, and reporting
Study D2C brands, ads, landing pages, offers, and funnels
Share insights that can help increase sales

Who We Are Looking For

Someone genuinely interested in D2C, ecommerce, ads, and growth
Strong with Google Sheets / Excel basics
Comfortable with numbers and analysis
Curious about Meta Ads and Google Ads
Good written communication
Fast learner, not someone waiting to be spoon-fed
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
Detail-oriented and reliable
Can give clear updates without being chased

You Are a Great Fit If

You like figuring out why something sold or did not sell
You notice ads, offers, hooks, websites, and customer behaviour
You are excited by numbers and creativity together
You want to learn directly inside a growing D2C business
You can work remotely without disappearing into the internet jungle

You Are Not a Fit If

You want a chill work with no accountability
You do not like numbers
You cannot write clear updates
You need constant reminders
You think performance marketing is only “running ads”
You are not willing to learn tools and platforms quickly
