About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Trainee to support data management, reporting, and business analytics activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Advanced Excel and Power BI, with an interest in working with data to generate meaningful insights and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Work extensively on Advanced Excel for data management, analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation.
Create, update, and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support business reporting requirements.
Modify and create new Power BI dashboards as required by stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Generate periodic reports and provide insights based on business data.
Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and analytical requests.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, IF Functions, Data Validation, etc.).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of data management and reporting.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility

Graduate or final-year student in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., MBA, or related fields preferred).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship/project experience in MIS, reporting, or data analytics will be an advantage.
