You support our team as
- Plan production planning, scheduling based on the monthly sales forecast timely deliveries as per the KPIs agreed year on year.
- Closely work with Planning, purchase to ensure PSA, scale up, standardize and stabilize new products in the production line
- Plant optimization to enhance productivity; optimize/ minimize utilities consumption.
- Carry out all production-related tasks in SAP.
- Control of the production documents with regards to deviations and initiation of corrective and preventive measures.
- Trouble shooting and root cause analysis for problematic batches/products must be carried out to stabilize the process and the quality of the product.
- Create and document work instructions and related documents
- Indemnification of quality, order and cleanliness, health and safety measures, environmental protection
- Conduct audits, inspections and hazard assessments to ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations and international/corporate standards.
- Regular review of safety procedures, environmental aspects/impacts and risk assessments.
- Analyze quality and other deviations and report appropriately. Implement corrective and preventive measures accordingly.
- Develop OpEx culture and participate in continuous improvements/Kaizens
- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering/Master in Chemistry with 7 – 10 Years of Chemical industry experience.
- Experience in leading Operators and staff members
- Experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Hands on experience in SAP PP and MM module & Microsoft Office
- Experience in Siemens PCS 7 operations and troubleshooting
- Should have good experience in chemistry of lubricants
- Knowledge in recipe writing Siemens Simatic Process Control System.
