Full job description

The professional will be a core member of Deloitte’s Global Assurance AI & Algorithm Assurance team, supporting the execution of high-impact global initiatives that drive growth and enablement for AI assurance capabilities across Deloitte member firms. The role blends market activation, offering development, revenue and pipeline analytics, global community support, and PMO (project management office) delivery, requiring strong, structured thinking, stakeholder management, and executive-ready communications.

This professional will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior leaders through analysis, synthesis, and the delivery of strategic outputs while maintaining operational rigor across multiple workstreams. The Global AI & Algorithm Assurance team is expanding its global footprint by offering innovative thinking and frameworks, engagement processes, and ensuring Deloitte member firms are equipped to grow in their respective regions. The resource will have opportunities to interact with senior leaders across the organization and will also assist in the execution of various special projects that have the potential to significantly impact our organization.

The professional will be a part of an internal strategy consulting team that influences strategic decision-making for the firm. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s business and professional services market at the global level. The professional will be expected to lead and/or assist on a diverse range of projects involving analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, produce executive presentation material, and demonstrate solid analytical and writing skills. The team’s projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility, aligned to the firm and leadership’s strategic priorities.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Market Research and Insights on the Global Assurance AI & Algorithm Assurance team, you will be responsible for:

Conducting internal and external research on market trends, competitor activity, member firm positioning, and client demand to support global AI assurance market activation and growth strategy.
Developing strategy artifacts, business cases, executive readouts, and leadership presentations that translate complex inputs into clear priorities, decisions, and action plans.
Supporting a global community of subject matter specialists by preparing go-to-market materials, enabling pursuits, facilitating working sessions, and coordinating follow-through across geographies.
Providing PMO support across multiple workstreams by maintaining workplans, tracking milestones and dependencies, and driving closure of actions and deliverables.
Performing revenue, pipeline, and financial analysis; gathering performance insights from member firms and leadership; and supporting market sizing and growth opportunity assessments.

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
12+ years of work experience, including at least 10 years of post-MBA experience in internal consulting, external consulting, corporate strategy, market research, insights, or program management roles.
Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and qualitative and quantitative analysis for strategy or business decision-making.
Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and written communications for senior stakeholders.
Experience supporting project management office activities, including workplan management, milestone tracking, dependency management, and action tracking.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred:

Experience supporting global stakeholders or cross-border teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
Experience developing go-to-market materials, pursuit support content, frameworks, playbooks, or methodology assets.
Experience performing revenue, pipeline, financial, or market sizing analysis.
Experience in professional services, assurance, risk advisory, or AI-related strategy environments.
Experience facilitating leadership meetings, working sessions, or community calls.
Experience supporting service offering development, launch, or sustainment activities.
