Role Overview
We are seeking two dynamic, high-performing, and research-driven Relationship Managers to spearhead our institutional outreach and market development frameworks in key growth clusters:
- Position 1: Stationed in Guwahati
- Position 2: Stationed in Bhubaneswar
The incumbents will function as our high-touch liaison officers, bridging the gap between innovative laboratory frameworks and institutional requirements. The core focus lies in identifying, structuring, and executing business development opportunities across state government-run educational ecosystems as well as premium local private schools and allied educational boards.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables1. Government Relations & Liaison
- Establish, nurture, and systematically manage institutional relationships with state education departments, district-level educational officers, block development officials, and administrative heads of state-run schools.
- Proactively track and monitor government-driven education initiatives, public procurement updates, school upgradation projects, and modern infrastructure fund allocations (e.g., Samagra Shiksha, ICT & Digital Initiatives).
- Ensure Bharat Enterprises remains at the forefront of vendor listings, tracking upcoming tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), and project requirements.
2. Private School & Institutional Outreach
- Execute disciplined B2B business development frameworks targeting local private schools, educational trusts, international schools, and residential academies.
- Engage with School Principals, Directors, Trustees, and Lab Coordinators to demonstrate the strategic impact of integrating state-of-the-art Science Labs and advanced AI Labs.
- Manage the complete client lifecycle from initial cold outreach and presentation delivery to proposal structuring, commercial negotiation, and closure.
3. Continuous Market Intelligence & Competitive Research
- Conduct robust, periodic primary and secondary market research to map regional institutional demand landscapes.
- Continuously audit the local pricing landscape, analyzing competitive product offerings, competitor market share, and delivery timelines to devise defensive and offensive commercial strategies.
- Identify product gaps and emerging requirements within institutions to assist the core product development unit in Ambala in designing customized, high-margin product bundles.
4. Project Coordination & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded institutions, ensuring smooth implementation pipelines for scientific installations and AI configurations.
- Collaborate with technical assembly teams based in Ambala to ensure on-time delivery, accurate specification matching, and seamless post-installation handovers.
Candidate Profile & Technical Skillsets
- Academic Framework: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any Science/Engineering discipline where familiarity with laboratory ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Domain Exposure: Minimum 2–5 years of functional experience in institutional sales, corporate liaison, B2B education consulting, or scientific equipment distribution. Direct exposure dealing with public sector or state government bodies is highly preferred.
- Linguistic Competence: Complete fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, along with highly polished proficiency in the local language of the respective territory to facilitate authentic communication with state administrative entities:
- For Guwahati: Assamese / regional dialects
- For Bhubaneswar: Odia
- Analytical Ability: Strong proficiency in synthesizing data, market trend parsing, competitive mapping, and drafting professional business reports/proposals.
Compensation & Operational Allowances
- Base Compensation: INR 30,000 per month (Fixed Gross).
- Performance Incentive Structure: Uncapped, highly rewarding commission matrix based on conversion benchmarks, institutional onboarding volumes, and contract values.
- Operational Allowances: Standard travel, lodging, and telecommunications reimbursement maps structured for client-site deployments.
Pay: ₹27,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
