Job Summary

We are seeking a Programme and Project Management professional to lead and manage Employee Advocacy initiatives for the bank. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end programme management, milestone and risk tracking, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and governance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI and data analytics tools to drive insights, reporting and operational efficiency while managing multiple high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Employee Advocacy programmes end-to-end, including planning, execution, governance, and delivery tracking
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting to ensure timely execution
Build dashboards, analyse data, and generate actionable insights
Prepare leadership decks, executive summaries, and strategic communication materials for senior stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, vendors, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, invoices, and governance processes
Drive process improvements, reporting standardisation, and operational excellence across initiatives
Support employee engagement and change management through effective communication and stakeholder management
