Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our occupancy growth and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, converting prospective residents, building strategic partnerships, and promoting our luxury senior living services across Kolkata and surrounding areas.

This role requires a professional who can effectively engage with senior citizens, family decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders while driving admissions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase resident admissions and occupancy levels.
Generate qualified leads through field marketing, referrals, networking events, community outreach, and digital initiatives.
Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare providers, senior citizen groups, and referral partners.
Conduct presentations, counselling sessions, and guided property tours for prospective residents and their families.
Promote the organization's services through events, seminars, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
Manage enquiry pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
Identify new partnership opportunities and business channels to expand market reach.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the senior living sector.
Prepare sales reports, occupancy forecasts, and marketing performance updates for management.
Represent the organization professionally at external meetings and networking forums.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate degree in any discipline.

Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools.
