PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Manage and develop Solenis’s global business in Lodging sector within South Asia Hospitality Market. Role will require incumbent to build further on existing relationships Solenis has with global Hospitality Business clients and grow the same. The position will focus on building / acquiring customers and growing the sector in line with region expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Development (50%)

Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business.

Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities / sales funnel.

Improve our position and market shared withing Southa Asia Lodging market.

Research and build relationships with new markets

Lead crossfunctional teams & Stakeholders to develop proposals that address client’s needs, concerns, and objectives,

Lead pricing the solution/service and obtain proposal approval.

Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Responsible for Sector sales and profit targets

Client Retention (50%)

Manage existing business, deliver plans on sales and profits

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 15+ years of progressively responsible, successful experience in B-to-B sales in relevant industries i.e. Hospitality/Food Service or related businesses

Proven success and experience with managing effective client relationships that are high, wide and deep

Broad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis/project management skills.

Proven ability to manage numerous projects, as well as resources, remotely in a highly dispersed organization

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a wide range of audiences including senior management

Demonstrated ability to work in a large, complex, matrix-oriented global business and manage numerous projects remotely in a highly dispersed organization.

Ability to work independently while maintaining close working relationships with partners in functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, etc.

Solid background in project management involving third parties

Fluent English skills are mandatory. Knowledge of additional language(s) will be considered an advantage
