Job Title: Personal Executive / Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Nedumbassery
Industry: Hospitality
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Probation Period: 3 Months

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and presentable Personal Executive / Executive Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director. The selected candidate will act as the MD's personal organizer, managing schedules, appointments, communications, and daily coordination activities.

The role requires accompanying the Managing Director and senior management to business meetings, hospitality events, networking forums, and professional gatherings. Therefore, excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, confidence, and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.

Academic qualifications are not the primary focus for this position. We value personality, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to represent the organization effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate travel plans, event schedules, and follow-up activities
Accompany the Managing Director to business meetings, industry events, and networking forums when required
Handle executive communication professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with clients, guests, vendors, and internal departments
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Support hospitality and guest relation activities
Ensure smooth day-to-day executive coordination

Candidate Requirements

Age: 25 years or below
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong convincing, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional personality
Confident in interacting with clients, guests, and senior professionals
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply
Candidates from Hospitality, Front Office, Aviation, Customer Relations, Public Relations, or similar backgrounds will be preferred

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
3-month probation period
Performance-based annual salary revision
