Urgent Hiring | Data Entry Executive | Kharadi, Pune

Pristine Market Insights is looking for a proactive and people-driven Data Entry Executive.

Joining Type: Immediate joining (within 7 days)
Job Type: Work From Office
Interview Mode: Offline (At Office Location)

Working days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: Day Shift
Work Model: Work From Office (WFO)

English communication is must.

Office Location: Office No. 614, 6th Floor, Nyati Enthral, Kharadi South Main Road, Kharadi, Maharashtra 411014, India.

Job Description:

Review assigned business information and process records in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Evaluate information against predefined internal criteria to determine eligibility for further processing.
Conduct online research to gather relevant company and business information from credible sources.
Understand company operations, products, services, and overall business profiles.
Verify, update, and maintain records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Accurately enter and manage data within Google Sheets and internal systems.
Follow established workflows and make informed decisions based on documented guidelines.
Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information and take appropriate corrective action.
Maintain well-organized, structured, and properly formatted records.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams whenever additional clarification or information is required.
Ensure confidentiality and security while handling business-related information.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (completed).
0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers may apply if they demonstrate strong business acumen and research abilities.
Good understanding of business models, industries, and company offerings.
Strong online research and information-gathering skills.
Ability to interpret and apply guidelines accurately and consistently.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and general computer applications.
Good typing speed with efficient navigation and system-handling skills.
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to quickly comprehend information and make structured decisions.
Strong English reading comprehension and communication skills.
Capability to manage large volumes of information in a systematic manner.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
