Job Summary

Servicing primarily walk-in customers to fulfill the specific transactional requirements of the customer through high quality customer service while increasing product penetration through cross sell and achieving allocated portfolio and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets for self and branch through liability products such as current accounts, savings, and term deposits, as well as wealth management and asset-related products (secured and unsecured).
Generate new business through sales promotions, outbound marketing calls, presentations, and in-branch customer interactions.
Participate actively in branch sales planning to develop action plans for meeting targets.
Maintain awareness of the bank’s mis-selling and sales policies and ensure adherence at all times.
Ensure a high level of customer service in the branch and effectively manage difficult customer situations.
Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines to minimize audit comments and inspection issues.
Process transactions accurately and with commitment to satisfy customer needs.
Verify validity and completeness of processed transactions and ensure that any concessions related to exchange rates, fees, or charges are authorized by appropriate authorities.
Adhere to established processes, facilitate first-time resolution, and minimize rejections and customer complaints.
Monitor customer satisfaction survey ratings, net promoter scores, and other feedback to ensure continuous improvement and maintain quality service.
Take responsibility for general reconciliation and control activities.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and control costs to meet budget targets.

Be multi-skilled to handle all types of transactions and services within the bank.
Manage customer base growth and attrition, facilitate customer up-streaming, and improve product penetration per customer.
Stay fully informed of policies and procedures related to ORMA, Group Code of Conduct, KYC/CDD/EDD, and money laundering prevention, ensuring ongoing compliance and immediate reporting of suspicious transactions to supervising officers.
Manage branch premises including merchandising, housekeeping, and store management to ensure upkeep and maintenance.
Take responsibility for health and safety by:
- Taking reasonable care for the health and safety of co-workers and others affected by your actions or omissions.
- Cooperating with management to support and promote workplace health and safety.
- Ensuring your actions do not put others at risk and working in a healthy and safe manner.
- Encouraging others to work safely and healthily.
- Reporting all accidents, incidents, and workplace hazards to management.

Risk Management

Ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention and KYC.
Ensure compliance with the above policies on an ongoing basis and reported any suspicious transaction immediately to the supervising officer.
Ensure full awareness of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, misselling, etc. and comply with the same
