Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, requirements management, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Jira, wireframing, and translating business needs into effective solutions. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements

Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements

Create wireframes, process flows, and prototypes to visualize solutions
-
Manage and maintain product backlog using Jira
-
Ensure traceability of requirements through the development lifecycle
-
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support business users during validation
-
Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions
-
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
7–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst
-
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
-
Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar tools) for backlog and sprint management
-
Proficiency in creating: User stories and acceptance criteria Wireframes and mockups (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools)

Experience in requirement elicitation techniques such as workshops, interviews, and process analysis
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience working with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud)

Familiarity with Salesforce data models and workflows

Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools

Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle

Certifications such as: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI-PBA or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP)
