About Us

At TechGropse Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in delivering innovative mobile app development, web development, AI, and digital transformation solutions for global clients. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support our growing hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and roll out offer letters and support salary negotiations.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Manage joining formalities and documentation.
Support employee exit formalities, clearance processes, and documentation.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs and hiring timelines.
Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT recruitment and hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Good knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

Preferred Experience

Experience hiring for IT roles such as Developers, Designers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Digital Marketing professionals.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
Experience in a fast-paced IT services environment.
