Job Title: EXIM Executive – Accounts

Job Description:

Handle export and import documentation, shipping, customs, and logistics coordination.
Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other EXIM-related documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and internal departments.
Manage accounting entries related to imports and exports, including vendor invoices, customer invoices, and payment tracking.
Reconcile accounts, monitor receivables/payables, and assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Experience in Export-Import operations and accounting functions.
Knowledge of international trade documentation, GST, and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP).
Good communication and coordination skills.

Assistant Manager – EXIM & Accounts

Job Summary:
Manage export-import operations and accounting activities, ensuring smooth execution of international trade transactions, regulatory compliance, and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end export and import documentation, logistics, and customs clearance.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, banks, and government authorities.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable related to EXIM transactions.
Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, GST, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.
Manage foreign currency transactions, LC documentation, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports, shipment cost analysis, and financial statements related to EXIM activities.
Support audits and process improvements.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in EXIM operations and accounts.
Strong knowledge of international trade documentation, GST, FEMA, and ERP/Tally/SAP systems.
Manager – EXIM & Accounts

Job Summary:
Lead and manage EXIM operations and accounting functions, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, financial control, and efficient international trade processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee EXIM strategies, policies, and operational controls.
Manage import/export documentation, customs compliance, logistics, and banking activities.
Lead accounting functions related to international trade, including foreign exchange transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, GST, FEMA, RBI guidelines, and other statutory requirements.
Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and shipment profitability.
Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and key business partners.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
8–15 years of experience in EXIM operations and finance/accounts.
Strong leadership skills with expertise in international trade, compliance, banking, and ERP systems.
Lead and mentor EXIM and accounts teams while driving process improvements and cost efficiencies.
