Full job description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, Apex development, Lightning components, integrations, and platform configuration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and security settings.
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Support deployment activities using Change Sets, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.

Required Skills & Experience

3–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Visualforce
SOQL/SOSL
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
Knowledge of deployment tools and release management processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory/preferred).
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (good to have).
Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Financial Services Cloud.
Knowledge of Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or other DevOps tools.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
