15+ years’ experience in IT services sales/business development of Finishing school (Source-Train-Deploy fresh graduates) /Digital learning platform/Talent Sourcing & Deployment/Staff Augmentation

Relevant experience in end to end management of Professional/Staffing services to enterprises in India and abroad

Proven experience of handling similar business in various engagement models – T&M, Contract-To-Hire, Finishing School, Source-Train-Deploy of fresh graduates, Digital learning platform, etc.
Experience of leading/managing the entire process – leads, sourcing profiles (will have a recruiter team), interviews & closures, billings, collections, account management & mining, etc.
Ability to interact at senior levels and relationship-oriented go-getter
Contacts and relationships with alliances & partner ecosystem across various tech stack
Bangalore-based candidate with good India market coverage experience
Experience of handling global markets is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

New Sales/Hunter role for Talent Services (Staff Augmentation & Finishing School)
Guide setting up the entire end-to-end process
Work out budgets for BU wrt revenues, margins & investments required
Generating sales leads – direct field efforts, contacts & connections, through alliances & partnerships, leveraging contacts/introductions from others at Netlabs etc.
Qualifying & converting leads to prospects
Working with the delivery team to source right profiles, Interviews & Closure
Billing & Collection – coordinating with Finance
Manage customer relationships – grow the account (up-sell & cross-sell)
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Vendor and consultant’s management.
Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing customers

Generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:

Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchase
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Other typical duties include:

Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s services/products.
Generating quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
