Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Bangalore and available for Face-to-Face Interviews)
Experience: 7+ Years Overall (5+ Years in Salesforce Development)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex Development, Salesforce Configuration, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and enterprise applications, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to define and deliver requirements.

This is a remote opportunity; however, candidates must be located in Bangalore and available for in-person interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.
Develop robust Apex solutions including Triggers, Batch Jobs, Classes, and Integration Components.
Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Process Automation, and Declarative Features.
Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Experience solutions.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) Development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex Development, including:
Apex Classes
Triggers
Batch Apex
Asynchronous Processing
Apex Design Patterns
Experience with Salesforce Configuration and Automation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows.
Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and third-party applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mandatory Certification

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments.
Exposure to complex integration projects and API-based architectures.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Important Note

Only Bangalore-based candidates will be considered, as an in-person interview is mandatory before onboarding.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
