Job Description

Ensure ABC cycle-count accuracy >99.5%
Ensure all day-to-day activities are executed as per the set procedures
Sound Knowledge in line feeding
Guarantee zero-line stoppages on account of available materials

Challenge to meet project targets
Do inventory analysis and report high value/volume inventory & Improve Turns to industry standards
WMS knowledge
Improve stock accuracy as per corporate guidelines and publish the report on monthly basis with C& PA for discrepancies
Strong hold on Perpetual Inventory, Cycle Count

Take appropriate action to avoid the ageing of parts in stores
Improve claim management process
Improve Team morale by playing active role within the team
Input Out Put Reconciliation know how
Locator mapping skill set
Improve traceability in warehouse
Work on Kitting of materials
All transactions handled within timelines

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Engineering or a decent graduation from a reputed college or university (with a minimum of 15 + years of experience in a SCM, Warehousing or Logistics) – MBA or PGDBA Preferred – solid hands on experience on warehouse establishment and process establishment

Desired Characteristics

Experience in Stores / warehousing, Logistics and writing reports using MS Office
Experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle Apps
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in WMS
Experience in establishing external warehouse
Experience in stock transfer transactions
Handled highly complicated operations
