Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, HDL, HSDL etc.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and data models to support business reporting and operational requirements.
- Design scalable integration architectures between Oracle Fusion HCM and enterprise applications including payroll vendors, identity management systems, ERP, learning platforms, and third-party HR solutions.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization for integrations, interfaces, and data processes.
- Manage data conversion, migration, and mass update activities using HDL, Spreadsheet Loaders, and automation frameworks.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, impact assessments, regression testing, and deployment activities.
- Evaluate, design, and implement AI-driven use cases leveraging Oracle AI capabilities, Digital Assistants, AI Agents, Agentic Applications, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes through workflow orchestration, integrations, and low-code/no-code technologies.
- Support the adoption of advanced analytics and workforce insights through Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, Talent, Recruiting, and Workforce Management teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical and functional guidance for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including:
- Global Human Resources
- Talent Management
- Recruiting Cloud
- Absence Management
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- HR Help Desk
- Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Participate in solution design workshops, requirement gathering, testing, training, and production support activities.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, data privacy, and governance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical architecture and solution development.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting complex integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external systems.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in reporting, analytics, and data extraction.
- Experience supporting global Oracle HCM module deployments across multiple countries and business units.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
