The SGM Shared services team within the US Firm’s Growth & Purpose organization is seeking a Deputy Manager (USI) to support the Leadership Support team on a full-time basis. In partnership with SGM Leadership and the SGM Program Office, this role will lead day-to-day Leadership Support activities, driving execution across key workstreams including process optimization, technology integration, governance, and stakeholder management. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for owning multiple workstreams, driving project delivery against strategic milestones, and delivering scalable efficiencies across SGMs through automation and AI-led solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Leadership Support team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading execution of strategic deliverables and SGM stand-up initiatives across priority workstreams
- Driving process transformation, automation initiatives, and scalable operating models to improve delivery efficiency
- Managing ad hoc leadership requests, reporting, insights generation, and executive-ready materials across finance, operations, and governance
- Overseeing PMO activities including dashboards, milestone tracking, risk management, and status reporting for strategic initiatives
- Managing stakeholder coordination across Strategic Growth Markets, shared services, and enabling areas while supporting cross-market collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Leading junior team members and supporting strategic investment operations, Business of Tomorrow initiatives, and leadership decision-making
The team
Strategic Growth Markets invest in a portfolio of markets that are disrupted, emerging or 'new to us' to drive the next wave of purposeful cross-business growth for the US Firm, in alignment with the Growth & Purpose strategy. Leadership Support is a cross-functional team within SGM Shared Services responsible for translating strategy into execution for SGM leaders, chiefs, and their supporting teams.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- 7-9 years of experience in consulting, operations, program management office, or analytics roles
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, data analyses, and executive-level presentations
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience using Power BI or Tableau and working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs, automation initiatives, or process re-engineering projects
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience using Python, SQL, or R
- Experience using Alteryx or Snowflake
- Experience supporting strategic programs, governance, or operating model initiatives
- Experience leading team members or coordinating project delivery across cross-functional teams
