Role Purpose
Sathguru Centre for Executive Education (CSEE) is seeking a highly driven, strategic, and result-oriented sales leader to drive participant nominations, and revenue growth across its executive education portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and executing a year-round sales and market development strategy to secure nominations from corporate organizations, public sector enterprises, government institutions, industry bodies, and individual executives for CSEE programs.
This is a high-impact business development role requiring a proven hunter mindset, consultative selling capability, strong CXO engagement skills, and an unwavering focus on revenue generation, pipeline creation, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Own, drive & deliver, sales, participant nominations, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion targets across executive education business.

Develop and execute sales strategies to build a strong pipeline and ensure sustained nominations across executive education programs.

Identify and Engage with CHROs, L&D Heads, business heads, CXOs, CEOs, Government Institutions, & Industry Associations to generate continuous nominations for the executive education programs

Drive new business acquisition, corporate partnerships, customized learning engagements, and repeat business opportunities.

Lead consultative sales discussions to understand organizational capability-building needs and recommend appropriate executive education solutions.

Generate nominations through direct sales, key account management, alumni networks, referrals, partnerships, webinars, events, and outreach initiatives.

Maintain accurate sales forecasting, conversions, CRM metrics, pipeline reviews, and business performance to ensure achievement of targets.

Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand-building initiatives.

Track market trends, emerging learning needs, and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities and contribute to program innovation.

Ensure achievement of annual business goals while delivering an exceptional client and participant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience

MBA from a reputed institution with specialization in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, or related disciplines.

8–10 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, sales & marketing of Executive Education, Corporate Learning, Leadership Development, Consulting, Professional Services, Corporate Training, or related sectors.

Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue, business development, and growth targets.

Proven experience in selling high-value solutions and engaging with senior business leaders and decision-makers.

Experience in managing strategic accounts, complex sales cycles, and long-term client relationships.

Exposure to digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM-based sales management will be an added advantage.
