OFFLINE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Offline Marketing Executive to manage and execute offline marketing activities for Axten Hospitals. The candidate will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, local businesses, and other referral sources, and generating patient leads through field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the hospital.
Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, corporates, RWAs, and other potential referral partners.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate representatives, and local communities.
Generate patient leads and referrals through effective field marketing and networking.
Promote hospital services, specialties, health packages, camps, and other healthcare offerings.
Organize and coordinate health camps, awareness programs, medical check-up camps, seminars, and community outreach activities.
Identify new business opportunities and potential referral channels in the assigned area.
Distribute and coordinate hospital marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, visiting cards, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the hospital's internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and patient referrals.
Visit existing referral partners regularly and maintain strong relationships.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities, pricing, services, and promotional activities.
Maintain daily field visit reports, lead details, referral data, and conversion reports.
Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, referral, and revenue targets.
Participate in local events, exhibitions, community programs, and healthcare-related activities.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Business Development teams for integrated marketing campaigns.
Ensure all marketing activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with hospital policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing, healthcare marketing, business development, or hospital marketing.
Experience in hospital/healthcare marketing will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong networking and field-visit capabilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple field activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Good knowledge of the local market and healthcare ecosystem will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of doctor/clinic/corporate visits.
New referral partners acquired.
Patient leads generated through offline activities.
Patient conversion and referral numbers.
Monthly revenue generated through marketing activities.
Health camps and community events conducted.
Referral partner retention and relationship development.
Achievement of assigned monthly targets.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, presentable, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field visits. Candidates with an established network among doctors, clinics, corporates, diagnostic centres, and local healthcare communities will be preferred.
