We work with growing organizations across recruitment, RPO, specialist hiring, project-based talent management, and people & workplace solutions.

As we expand our recruitment practice, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has hands-on experience working with a recruitment/staffing/search firm and can independently manage recruitment assignments from sourcing to closure.

About The Role

This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys the pace, ownership and accountability of agency recruitment.

You will work closely with the Founder and the existing team to manage active hiring assignments, build candidate pipelines, engage with candidates, coordinate interviews and drive positions towards closure.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple positions simultaneously and should be able to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

· Understand client requirements, JDs, hiring priorities and candidate expectations.

· Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, networking and other channels.

· Screen candidates through calls and evaluate them against role requirements.

· Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for assigned positions.

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

· Follow up consistently with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

· Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records and pipeline updates.

· Drive candidates through the recruitment funnel until offer and joining.

· Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process.

Agency / Client Recruitment

· Work on multiple client requirements across functions and levels.

· Understand different client businesses, cultures and hiring requirements quickly.

· Communicate professionally with candidates and, when required, clients.

· Ensure timely delivery against recruitment requirements.

· Develop a strong understanding of market availability, compensation trends and candidate expectations.

Business & Recruitment Development

· Identify new candidate pools and sourcing channels.

· Build talent communities for recurring and future hiring requirements.

· Support the Founder in recruitment-related business development initiatives when required.

· Contribute ideas to improve RG's recruitment processes, sourcing strategy and delivery model.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

· 2–5 years of proven recruitment experience.

· Mandatory: Previous experience working with a recruitment/staffing/search/recruiting company.

· Strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

· Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

· Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and agency recruitment processes.

· Strong communication and follow-up skills.

· Comfortable using LinkedIn and recruitment/job portals for sourcing.

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned requirements.

· Strong execution orientation and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

· Experience recruiting for startups, SMEs or growing businesses.

· Experience with both volume and specialist hiring.

· Existing candidate network or talent database.

· Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator or similar sourcing tools.

· Exposure to client coordination or business development within recruitment.

This role is specifically for candidates who have prior professional experience with a recruitment/staffing/search firm.

Candidates whose experience is limited exclusively to in-house HR/TA roles may not be considered for this position.

Compensation

₹3.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA + Performance Incentives

Compensation will be aligned with experience, recruitment capability and proven performance.
