Full job description

Personal / Executive Assistant

We are looking for a smart, mature and highly dependable Personal / Executive Assistant to work directly with senior management in a growing professional organisation.

The work environment involves several different areas including legal and cyber matters, technology/AI projects, business initiatives, client work, meetings and professional travel.

You are not expected to be an expert in these subjects.

What matters is your ability to understand priorities quickly, organise information, coordinate with the right people, follow up consistently and make sure important work does not get forgotten or unnecessarily delayed.

What You Will Do

Work closely with senior management on day-to-day priorities and important assignments.
Maintain a clear record of ongoing matters, deadlines, meetings and follow-ups.
Convert discussions, messages and verbal instructions into organised action points.
Coordinate with lawyers, developers, consultants, employees, clients and other professionals as required.
Follow up independently instead of waiting repeatedly for instructions.
Track what has been completed, what is pending and what is getting delayed.
Identify matters that genuinely require management attention.
Assist with calendar, meetings, appointments and reminders.
Coordinate travel arrangements and related professional requirements.
Travel for professional assignments occasionally when required.
Maintain important documents, records and confidential information.
Prepare concise updates so that management can quickly understand what needs attention.
Help ensure that important work continues to move even during busy schedules or travel.

Who Will Fit This Role

is comfortable using email, Excel/Google Sheets, online tools and modern AI tools;
enjoys responsibility and wants to become increasingly valuable to senior management.

Experience

Preferably 3–7 years in one or more of the following:

Executive Assistant;
Personal Assistant;
EA to Director/MD/CEO;
Executive Secretary;
Management Coordination;
Director's Office;
Operations/Project Coordination.

Exceptional candidates with a different background may also be considered if they demonstrate the required maturity and capability.

Nature of Role

This is not merely a traditional secretarial position.

The person selected will gradually become a trusted coordination point for senior management and will help maintain continuity across professional assignments, staff, meetings, travel and follow-ups.

The role provides exposure to several areas of professional and business work and can grow significantly for a candidate who demonstrates reliability, judgement and initiative.

Practical Requirements

Full-time office-based role.
Comfortable with professional travel when genuinely required.
Reasonable flexibility during important or urgent assignments.
High level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
Long-term orientation preferred.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be given a short practical exercise involving:

organising multiple instructions;
setting priorities;
identifying follow-ups;
preparing a management schedule; and
identifying matters requiring escalation.

We are looking for capability, maturity and reliability, not merely a particular designation or qualification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
