As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist to join our Contract Logistics team.

How you create impact

Own and manage all customer retention activities for a designated portfolio, including reporting, customer training, proactive renewal planning, and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support retention efforts, ensuring alignment with commercial policies and customer expectations.
Maintain high service performance standards by proactively monitoring customer satisfaction and working with local teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Identify and drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives by leveraging internal resources to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Lead the implementation and execution of customer engagement programs, including deployment, user training, tool optimization, and ongoing improvement planning.
Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to expand service offerings, supporting business growth through upselling and scope enhancement within existing accounts.

What we would like you to bring

2–3 years of experience in Contract Logistics / Customer Success / Contract Management or similar environment
Strong understanding of Contract Logistics (CL) operations (non-negotiable)
Proven experience in contract lifecycle management, including renewals and negotiations
Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management across multiple accounts
Experience managing MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
Ability to act as an escalation point, handling conflicts and driving resolution effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive customer insights and retention strategies
Exposure to multi-vertical industries (Technology, Consumer, Healthcare) is an advantage
Willingness to travel for monthly warehouse visits (Gurgaon/Delhi)
Comfortable working in a Pan India customer environment with potential global interactions
