Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Analyst & Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients, business stakeholders, designers, developers, testers, and management.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, converting them into clear technical specifications, planning and managing projects, coordinating development teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Analysis
- Understand and analyze client business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Convert business requirements into clear and structured functional requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria as required.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential improvements in business processes.
- Work closely with UI/UX and development teams to ensure requirements are properly understood.
- Validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
- Manage requirement changes and assess their impact on scope, cost, and timelines.
2. Project Planning & Management
- Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close software projects.
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
- Prepare project plans and maintain project schedules.
- Assign and coordinate tasks among developers, designers, QA/testers, and other team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct regular project status meetings.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed requirements and quality standards.
3. Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal project team.
- Communicate project requirements, progress, issues, and changes clearly.
- Conduct requirement discussions, demonstrations, reviews, and project update meetings.
- Prepare and share project status reports with clients and management.
- Manage client expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Obtain client approvals and sign-offs at appropriate project stages.
4. Team Coordination
- Coordinate between Business, Development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and other teams.
- Clarify requirements and resolve functional questions raised by the development team.
- Track task assignments and team workloads.
- Ensure proper handover of requirements between different project teams.
- Facilitate collaboration and maintain effective communication within the team.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation and requirement documents.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action items, project reports, and project dashboards.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project.
- Track project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain change requests and approval documentation.
6. Quality & Delivery
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure requirements are properly covered during testing.
- Review test scenarios and acceptance criteria where required.
- Coordinate UAT with clients and business stakeholders.
- Ensure defects and issues are tracked and resolved within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate deployment and production release activities.
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management processes.
- Excellent requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to create user stories, use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent task prioritization and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or activities simultaneously.
- Strong client-handling and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of software development, databases, APIs, web/mobile applications, and QA processes.
- Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, Business Analysis, or similar will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in software development or technical project environments is preferred.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, organized problem-solver, and effective coordinator who can understand both business and technical requirements. The person should be comfortable interacting with clients as well as technical teams and should be capable of taking ownership of projects from requirement gathering through final delivery.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
