Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager – Admissions & Outreach will lead student recruitment, admissions growth, school engagement and consultant partnerships for FIIS Pathway Programme. The role carries complete ownership of enrolment targets and requires a leader who can build recruitment channels, drive conversions and scale admissions operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Admissions Strategy & Growth Develop admissions plans and intake strategies. Drive enrolment growth across Foundation and IYO programme. Monitor pipeline performance and conversion metrics.School Outreach & Partnerships Build relationships with CBSE/ISC/IB schools, principals and counsellor s. Conduct seminars, presentations and parent engagement programmes. Establish long-term recruitment partnerships.Consultant Network Development Acquire, train and manage consultant partners. Develop high-performing recruitment channels. Drive enrolments through consultant partnerships.Student Recruitment & Conversion Oversee the admissions funnel from enquiry to enrolment. Ensure timely follow-ups and application support. Improve conversion rates through structured engagement.Brand Building & Market Development Represent FIIS at education fairs and recruitment events. Enhance programme visibility among students, parents and institutions.

Candidate Profile
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred 8–15 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, business development or international education Proven track record of achieving growth targets Strong stakeholder management, networking and presentation skills Experience working with schools, consultants or higher education institutions preferred Willingness to travel extensively
Compensation
