Full job description

Job Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Jhandewalan, New Delhi- 110055

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR Recruiter with a minimum of one year of recruitment experience to support organizational hiring requirements. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while maintaining high standards of candidate experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer closure
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system/ATS
Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
Track recruitment progress and share status updates with stakeholders
Support onboarding and pre-joining formalities
Adhere to company recruitment policies and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additional certifications or training in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR practices will be an advantage.

Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required. The candidate should have practical exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, with the ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently.
