About the Internship
We are looking for driven, curious, and ambitious individuals to join BIEDX as Operations, Sales & Marketing Interns. This is a ground-level opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and education — gaining real exposure to how a global EdTech platform grows, operates, and scales.
The internship is structured as follows:
Phase 1 — 3 Months (Unpaid): A structured learning and contribution phase where interns work on live projects across operations, sales, and marketing. Interns who demonstrate strong performance and commitment will be considered for the next phase.
Phase 2 — Paid Internship: High-performing interns from Phase 1 will be offered a paid continuation, with increased responsibilities and ownership.
Direct 6-Month Track: Candidates who wish to commit to a 6-month internship from the start will have access to paid opportunities from the outset.
Full-Time Employment Path: Exceptional performers across either track will be considered for full-time roles at BIEDX, based on performance, attitude, and business need.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Support day-to-day operational workflows including scheduling, coordination, and internal communications
- Assist in managing enrollments, onboarding of new learners, and follow-up processes
- Maintain and update databases, trackers, and internal documentation
- Coordinate between faculty, institutions, and learners to ensure smooth program delivery
- Identify process gaps and contribute ideas for operational efficiency
Sales
- Research and identify potential leads including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals
- Assist in outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest and drive enrollments
- Support the team in managing and updating the CRM with accurate lead information
- Follow up with prospects and help nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Prepare sales reports, trackers, and performance summaries
Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Draft captions, posts, and basic creatives aligned with BIEDX's brand voice
- Support the team in running and monitoring paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Track campaign metrics and compile performance reports
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform strategy
- Help coordinate online events, webinars, and promotional campaigns

- Resilience & Follow-Through — Comfort with rejection and the discipline to consistently follow up without giving up
- CRM & Data Hygiene — Keeping lead records updated, accurate, and actionable at all times
Marketing (Must-Have Skills)
- Content Sensibility — An eye for what works on social media — tone, visuals, messaging, and timing
- Analytical Thinking — Ability to read campaign data, spot trends, and draw actionable insights from numbers
- Creativity with Purpose — Generating ideas that are not just creative but tied to real business goals — enrollments, awareness, and engagement
