We are looking for a sharp, numbers driven Paid Marketer with deep expertise in Google Ads to own and scale our paid acquisition channels. You will be responsible for driving qualified signups, demo requests, and pipeline for FabFunnel through Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. This is not a set it and forget it role. You will be in the accounts daily, testing new angles, tightening targeting, and finding ways to squeeze more out of every dollar. You will also work closely with the content and product teams to align messaging and landing pages with campaign intent.
Own the end to end strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, and Performance Max
Plan and manage monthly ad budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, and cost per qualified lead
Conduct deep keyword research, build tightly themed ad groups, write compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies that actually move the needle
Set up and continuously optimize conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and offline conversion imports to ensure clean attribution
Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bid strategies to find what works and double down on it
Build and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to re engage visitors across the funnel
Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable next steps, not just dashboards full of numbers
Collaborate with the content team to brief landing page copy, lead magnets, and offer messaging that aligns with search intent
Stay on top of Google Ads platform updates, beta features, policy changes, and industry best practices so we are always ahead of the curve
Explore and test additional paid channels like LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Quora Ads as the budget and strategy evolve
2 to 5 years of hands on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in a SaaS, B2B, or performance marketing environment
Proven track record of managing monthly ad spends of $5K or more and delivering measurable ROI
Strong command of Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
Deep understanding of search intent, match types, quality score optimization, and auction dynamics
Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and setting up offline conversion pipelines
You know how to read data, spot patterns, and turn insights into decisions. You are not just running campaigns, you are thinking about the full funnel
Solid copywriting instincts for ad headlines, descriptions, and CTAs that drive clicks and conversions
Comfortable working in a fast paced, remote first startup where ownership and speed matter more than process and hierarchy
Clear communicator who can explain campaign performance and strategy to both marketers and non marketers
Experience running campaigns for ad tech, martech, or SaaS products targeting performance marketers or agencies
Hands on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads in addition to Google
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho and how paid campaigns feed into sales pipelines
Experience with landing page tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow
Working knowledge of SEO and how paid and organic strategies can complement each other
Prior experience in a startup or growth stage company where you wore multiple hats
