Full job description

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and sales-driven individuals to join our Reservations & Sales Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity for candidates seeking hands-on experience in the travel industry while developing their sales, customer service, and reservation management skills.

The internship will run for 6 months, during which interns will actively engage in sales and reservation activities. At the end of the program, the top 2 performers based on sales achievements and overall performance will be offered a full-time position with an attractive salary package and career growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Assist clients with travel-related information and reservation requests.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Prepare quotations and provide accurate travel information to clients.
Coordinate with suppliers and partners regarding reservation availability and confirmations.
Process booking amendments, cancellations, and customer requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Support the team in daily operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Fresh graduates or candidates pursuing/completing a degree or diploma in any field.
Passion for sales, customer service, and the travel industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
