As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer / CRM Administrator to optimize our Odoo ecosystem, automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support our digital transformation initiatives.
Position Summary
The Odoo Developer / CRM Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, customization, and optimization of our Odoo Online platform. This role will work closely with sales, operations, procurement, finance, marketing, and management teams to ensure seamless business processes across CRM, sales orders, purchase orders, project management, website management, and third-party integrations.
The ideal candidate will have strong Odoo experience, excellent business process understanding, and the ability to build scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency and visibility throughout the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Administration & Sales Operations
- Manage and maintain the Odoo CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user adoption.
- Configure and optimize sales pipelines, lead management workflows, customer records, activities, and automation.
- Support sales teams with CRM administration, reporting, forecasting, and process improvements.
- Develop dashboards and KPI reports for management visibility into sales performance and operational metrics.
- Create automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer follow-ups, and sales team notifications.
Sales Order, Purchase Order & Project Tracking
- Design and maintain workflows that connect CRM opportunities directly to:
- Quotations
- Sales Orders (SO)
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Projects
- Invoicing
- Ensure end-to-end visibility from lead generation through project completion.
- Develop tracking systems that provide real-time updates on project status, procurement activities, and order fulfillment.
- Build reporting tools to monitor project profitability, procurement timelines, and customer delivery milestones.
Odoo Development & Customization
- Leverage Odoo Studio to create and maintain custom applications, fields, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Design and implement custom business processes within Odoo Online.
- Create custom modules and workflow enhancements where supported by Odoo Online.
- Configure automated actions, approval processes, notifications, and business rules.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system usability and efficiency.
Website Development & Management
- Manage and enhance the company website using Odoo Website Builder.
- Develop and maintain landing pages, forms, customer portals, and web content.
- Implement user-friendly website experiences that support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve website performance and conversion rates.
Technical SEO & Digital Optimization
- Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices, including:
- Meta titles and descriptions
- Structured data/schema markup
- XML sitemaps
- Robots.txt management
- URL optimization
- Internal linking structures
- Mobile optimization
- Website speed optimization
- Monitor website performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEO monitoring tools
- Conduct regular audits to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Third-Party Integrations & Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Odoo and external platforms.
- Integrate and support:
- Twilio for SMS messaging and automated customer notifications.
- DIDWW for VoIP calling and telephony services.
- Email marketing platforms.
- Payment gateways.
- Customer support and ticketing systems.
- Other business applications as required.
- Troubleshoot API integrations and ensure system reliability.
- Build automation workflows that improve communication and operational efficiency.
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Create custom reports and executive dashboards for sales, operations, finance, and management.
- Analyze business processes and recommend automation opportunities.
- Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and system configurations.
- Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP/CRM administration and development.
- Strong experience with Odoo Online and Odoo Studio.
- Experience designing and optimizing CRM and business workflows.
- Experience integrating third-party platforms through APIs.
- Understanding of Sales, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance workflows.
- Experience managing business websites and implementing technical SEO strategies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Odoo certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Twilio, DIDWW, VoIP systems, and communication platforms.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and business system integrations.
- Experience with marketing automation and lead generation systems.
- Familiarity with security, monitoring, or technology service industries.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management and operational reporting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
